Hi, Coach Brandy here. Somewhere inside you, there is a dream that refuses to let go. A quiet whisper from God reminding you that your life has purpose. This is You Have a Dream Living with Purpose podcast. Hi peeps, Life Coach Brandy here. Welcome to You Have a Dream Living with Purpose. Isaiah 61, 60, verse 1 says, Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. So today's episode is bold in Bloom. It's about stepping fully into your light and living fearlessly in faith. We've spent the last couple of episodes learning how to bloom beyond our fear. Now it's time to walk boldly in what God has already equipped us with. And four, you've planted the seeds, you've watered them with faith, and now it's time for you to shine. Welcome to You Have a Dream. This isn't just a beautiful piece of poetry, Isaiah 61. That is an active command. It doesn't say arise once everything is perfect. No. And it doesn't say shine only when you feel it. When you feel completely qualified. When you finally stopped comparing your timeline to everyone else's. Right now. In the middle of the dirt. In the middle of the transition. For so long. Many of us have been sitting in the shadows. Of our lives. Waiting for a shadow. Waiting for a sign of Dimitri. Our brilliance. So we don't make others brilliant. But plain small doesn't serve the world. No. And it certainly doesn't honor the one who designed you. Your life has already come. The time of your life is not a mistake. And your life is completely unoccupied. Because it was handcrafted uniquely for you. Today we are choosing to live fearlessly in faith. So stop waiting for the perfect season. It's time to take your place. It is time to hold. Your moment is here. You've waited, you've trusted, you've prayed, and now God is calling you to step forward with confidence. Being bold doesn't mean loud, it means grounded in grace. Boldness is an act of faith. It is trusting that even when you don't have the answers, God will guide you and guide your steps. You don't bloom by force, you bloom by alignment. It's a must. You must shift your mindset from being passive of waiting to an active stance of stepping into your design. It means choosing to anchor yourself in faith rather than shifting opinions of the world around us. Because the world changes its mind all the time, you know. So we need to protect. Protect your light. Remember to limit social media input and unfollow or mute accounts that trigger that comparison trap. Create a sanctity space. Dedicate the first 15 minutes of your morning to silence, to prayer, and scripture before looking at your phone or consuming external noise. Journal your goals for the day. Set your clear boundaries. Gently declining invitations, projects, or conversations that drain your energy or force you to dim your convictions to fit in. Anchor mindset to owning your lane. Draft a personal statement of identity based on scripture, such as I am secure in my purpose. I celebrate others without comparison, and I trust that my journey blooms in perfect timing. Journal your moments of unexpected favor, answered prayers, and personal growth to look back on whenever doubt creeps in and intentionally congratulate someone on their success. Celebrating others' blooms breaks the scarcity mindset and reinforces that there is room for everyone to shine. Act in faith, stepping into your light. Do one fearless first. Take one small action each week that requires stepping out of your comfort zone. Whether that is speaking up in a meeting, launching a project, or sharing your testimony. Mirror the script. Use visual triggers like a sticky note on your bathroom at mirror with Isaiah 61 as your daily physical reminder to physically change positive, stand tall, and move with confidence. Where is God asking me to shine more boldly? Ask yourself, where is God asking me to shine boldly? Living from overflow, this means you are no longer pouring from an empty cup. You are filling your spirit so deeply with faith, truth, and grace that your peace, joy, and impact naturally spill over onto everyone around you. When you live from overflow, you stop striving for validation because you're already full. You stop competing because you realize a river doesn't care how fast the stream next to it is flowing. It just flows. So when you live in faith, you move from striving to overflowing, you stop chasing validation, and start reflecting God's glory. Blooming boldly means becoming a light for others. Showing that peace and courage can coexist. Your growth isn't just for you, it's a testimony. When you bloom, you inspire others to believe it's possible for them too. You become living proof of what faith can do. Before we continue, it's time to take a dream moment. Take a breath for just a second. Think about the dream that's been placed in your heart. Maybe it's something big, maybe it's something quiet that only you and God know. But if that dream is still there, it's there for a reason. So keep walking in faith, keep taking the next step, and trust that purpose grows one day at a time. Now, let's get back to the episode. Welcome back, peeps. This segment is called The Radiance Within. This is that intentional pocket of time in our guided reflection where we strip away the external noise and look inward. So I was thinking about the word radiance this morning. Usually when we describe someone as radiant, we talk about their external appearance. We talk about a bright smile, great skin, or high energy. But true radiance isn't something you apply to your skin, and it's not an outfit that you put on. True radiance is an emission, and it's an ounce inside out job. I almost said that backwards. It's an inside out job. Think about a lighthouse. So a lighthouse doesn't absorb light from the ocean, right? Or the stormy sea. It does not. It does not need the sea or the ocean for it to shine. It generates its light from within. From inside out. It's casting a beam through the darkness to guide others home. You have the same exact capability with your faith in God as He fills every part of your being. Don't let the heaviness of life, disappointments, or challenges, and also self-doubt act like layers of dust settling on top of your light. We want to feel radiant, but right now we suddenly don't feel radiant. You feel dim. You feel exhausted. If you're listening to this right now and feel your light has been dim lately, I want to remind you of a fundamental truth. The dust on the light bulb doesn't change the power of electricity running through it. It obscures it. Your power, your worth, and your unique inner spark are completely intact. You don't need to go out and find your light. You need to clear away the things that are blocking it. So right now I want to go into our guided reflection. I want you to take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Picture yourself standing in a beautiful garden. The air is warm, the sky is golden. You're surrounded by everything you've planted this season. Peace, purpose, joy, courage. Now whisper. I am bold. I am blooming. Fill the light of God. Fill every part of your being. Steady, bright, unstoppable. Protecting your peace is how you protect your glow. Remember, the world doesn't need a perfect version of you. The world just needs the authentic, intentional, radiant version of you. Let it shine. Alright, I want us to grab our journals. We're gonna journal for a minute. Take a few moments to write. What has God taught me this season about courage and faith? Where in my life do I feel myself blooming? How can I share my light to uplift others? Your story is your light. When you share your growth, you help someone else believe that they can too. Now for our affirmation of the week, I am bold in my purpose. I rise in my light, rooted in faith and overflowing with courage. Let's look at that first part, the declaration. I am bold in my purpose. Scripture tells us in Timothy that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Being bold doesn't mean you're never anxious or unqualified. Boldness means that despite the whispers of doubt, you choose to say yes to your unique calling. God has placed on your life, right? God has placed that on your life, what your true life purpose is. So stop shrinking back to make others comfortable and you step forward into what you were created to do. Next, you declare, I rise in my light rooted in faith. You're called to be the light of the world, a city on a hill that cannot be hidden, but you don't have to manufacture that light on your own. It is his light shining through you. And notice how you rise. You rise because you're rooted. Think of Jeremiah 17, a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. When the heat comes and when the storms hit, it doesn't wither because its foundation is deep in the source. When your roots are dug deep into the unshakable word of God, the shifting winds of this world cannot knock you over. Finally, because you are rooted, you are overflowing with courage. This isn't a fragile temporary courage that you have to pump yourself up for. This is a divine boldness. It is the kind of courage that overflows from a heart that knows exactly whose it is. It's a courage that changes how you walk, how you speak, and how you face the giants in your life. So ask yourself as I face the rest of this week, remember your truth. Just remember you were created intentionally for a time such as this. God goes before you, He walks beside you, and His power is perfected in your weakness. Shake off the dust, step out in the shadows, and let your light shine. Let's declare it together one more time. Let's lock it into our hearts. I am bold in my purpose. I rise in my light, rooted in faith and overflowing with courage. Amen. If this affirmation resonated with you today, but you're sitting there thinking, I want to be bold. I want to rise, but honestly, I don't know what my purpose is right now. Or I feel too stuck in fear to find courage. I want you to know that you don't have to figure this out alone.
